Lesbian/gay-friendly Weight Watchers meetings
Managing weight can be a lifelong challenge for lesbians. For many reasons, we tend to have higher body mass indexes than straight women. Higher BMIs can increase risk of many diseases including cancer, heart disease and diabetes. The good news is that we CAN do something about our weight and BMI. Weight Watchers offers many successful tools for managing a healthy weight. Join Weight Watchers today and attend meetings at the Health Initiative. Join a supportive community focused on helping you say “I CAN!”
