Fourth Tuesday Northwest is a social networking group of lesbian women who meet monthly in the Marietta / Kennesaw / Smyrna / Vinings area for dinner, parties and similar functions. This group is established explicitly as an outlet for social networking for women in the northwest areas of Atlanta.
